How to Notify us About a Cancellation

We only accept cancellation through email exclusively, which you can Forward your Booking ID and send directly via book@bamboo-bungalows.com

Do note that our cancellation policy covers bookings that were made directly through us. If you booked your stay at Bamboo Bungalows through a third party, we respectfully encourage you to contact them regarding their cancellation policy.

Cancellation Fees and Deductions

We do our absolute best to offer refunds in a fair manner, but there are certain fees that we are also charged per bookings that we have to cover. As a result, all Cancellations are deducted 10% of the Booking Fee, as well as 10% of the Bank Processing Fee.

  • In case of failure to arrive before 18:00, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and deposit for 2 nights.
  • In case of leaving earlier than your check-out date, a charge of 1 night as well as 10% Booking, and 10% Bank Transaction fee will occur.
