Pets are more than welcome, as all of us at Bamboo Bungalows love them. However, it’s important to make sure you have control of your pet. If your pet happens to damage something, it will be your responsibility to pay for it. Other than that, we’d be delighted to have both you and your pets visit!
We chose not to offer booking through the phone as we prioritize the security of our guests above all else. What you can do instead is contact us via phone and we will provide you with all the relevant booking instructions and send you a link to assist you in the process.
We use PayPal express checkout as we find it to be the most secure. No need for sign up, and all major credit cards are accepted.
Our charges are based on the number of beds when it comes to any child-related rates. If for example, you decide to share your bed included in your room with your child, no additional charges will occur. Any additional bed is an extra 300 baht.
We take great care in reserving lost items in the rooms, restaurant, and other facilities in bamboo bungalows. If we notice that you or members of your group have forgotten anything we will contact you immediately. If by any chance you forgot something that was left unnoticed, feel free to contact us via our contact form, or call us directly and we will do our best to ensure that your lost item is found and returned to you asap.
Yes, all our rooms have personal safes for you to keep your belongings.
